ORDERING PROCEDURE FOR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
[NOTE] For all "In-Stock" Items add them to Shopping Cart and proceed to Check Out for payment
1. Place your order via email or our online order form.
2. We will send you the order confirmation with the payment details.
3. Approve order confirmation by email.
4. We will send you the pro forma invoice.
5. Pay a deposit then provide a remittance advice or wait until we receive funds.
6. Upon goods arrival pay the remaining balance. (ETA for Special Order is generally 6-8 weeks)
7. Goods will be prepared and shipped in a few days.
HOW TO ORDER
All orders can be placed via email or fax. We will send you an order confirmation by email to confirm price, quantity, addresses etc.

Once you approve order confirmation, we will send you the invoice with our bank details.
As soon as we receive the payment, the goods will be prepared and shipped to your nominated delivery address.
