1. PRICES
1.1 All prices include G.S.T.
1.2 All prices are in Australia Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.
1.3 With every item purchased, LED Candle Bulbs are offered at lower than the normal prices. (When purchasing LED Candle Bulbs only in one transaction normal prices apply)
$5 each for Plain and Flame Candles with any item (excluding accessories) purchased.
$10 each for Crystal Candle with any item (excluding accessories) purchased.
Available Colour Temperature:
2700K (Warm White) or 6000K (Cool White)
2. PAYMENT
To eliminate fraud and for additional security for both parties;
2.1 Once an order has been received an invoice will be processed and sent to you via email for payment/funds transfer.
2.2 To protect both parties, any credit card payment will require I.D verification to match with your provided credit card. If you do not wish to provide this information it is your right to do so, although EFT payment will be required for your purchase.
3. STOCK ITEMS
3.1 Full payment will be required upon ordering.
3.2 After full payment is received, a 30% restocking fee will apply for any order cancellations.
4. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
4.1 Special order items are non-stocked items.
4.2 Delivery lead time for Special orders is 6-8 weeks.
4.3 A 65% deposit will be required for ALL special order items.
4.4 You will be notified once your goods arrive in our warehouse and the remaining balance of 35% is payable before delivery can be affected.
4.5 The 35% balance must be paid within 5 working days before delivery is arranged
4.6 If (for whatever reason) you cannot accept delivery we can store your product in our warehouse for up to 4 months after balance of 35% is paid.
4.7 After 4 months of storage, additional storage charges will apply
4.8 If you do not pay the balance of 35% on arrival of goods within 5 days, 65% deposit will be lost unless other arrangements or agreements have been made between Hilight Crystal and the consumer.
5. DELIVERY
5.1 Goods will be dispatched within 5 working days once payment has been received.
5.2 All deliveries to NSW, VIC, SA, ACT and Brisbane (QLD) areas are free of charge. Deliveries to WA, NT, TAS and North Queensland areas will incur a 10% delivery charge of the total invoice value.
5.3 We will notify the details, size and weight of your shipment prior to delivery in order to make arrangements to receive your delivery accordingly.
5.4 For any change in delivery address, we will need to be notified in writing via email at sales@hilight.com.au.
5.5 If you are unavailable to receive your goods once they have been despatched and you have been notified accordingly, additional two-way delivery charges will apply to resend the goods again.
5.6 You will be notified of the additional 2-way delivery charges and will need to pay these charges before the goods are reshipped to you.
5.7 In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during transit, Hilight Crystal will take full responsibility for the freight charges and will assure to replace your chandelier with one in perfect working condition.
6. REFUNDS
6.1 Please choose carefully as we cannot provide you with a refund once an order has been placed and payment has been made. Due to item customizations and alterations, unfortunately we will be unable to provide you with a refund/exchange.
7. INSTALLATION
7.1 If you notice any damages on the box please notify us with detailed pictures immediately.
7.2 All our products must be installed by a licensed electrician.
7.3 We do not accept responsibility for damages caused due to installation by other means or unqualified people.
7.4 If there is a fault and our electrician examines and finds the fault is caused due to incorrect installation, then you are liable for the additional rectifications costs.
8. WARRANTY/GUARANTEE
8.1 For quality assurance, we provide a certificate with all our products stating that we only use 100% genuine Asfour crystals in our product range.
8.2 All frames on our chandeliers have a 1 year warranty.
8.3 All Asfour crystal parts have a lifetime warranty.
